In Indiana we stopped over to visit with
another of Joe's uncles and his family. Tom and Rita bought a 100 year old
candy store a few years ago and one of the highlights of our stay was a tour of
the store and the candy making process... all done using the same recipes,
processes and equipment as the original owners did.
